Cancelation and Refunds
When you purchase an item on the Mark Roberts marketplace, the sales transaction is between each individual "reseller" on the marketplace and "you", the buyer. the marketplace is simply a platform to help facilitate this connection. The Mark Roberts marketplace is not responsible for its fulfilment.
Cancelling a transaction.
If you wish to cancel an order you must do this within 24hrs from the time you place the order. This will allow us to void the transaction and prevent any penalty that may be charged to you as a result of the cancellation.
Refunds and Returns
As you are purchasing a collectible item, please note that requests for refunds and returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. This policy is in place to protect the integrity of the collectible.
To initiate a refund, please get in touch with the individual Marketplace retailer directly using the information found on their profile page. The retailer will coordinate the refund process with us.
When contacting the retailer, be sure to include the following order details: the date of order, the email address used for the purchase, the item name, and a picture of the product (if the reason for the return is a defective or broken product). If you have difficulty reaching the retailer, you may alternatively send us an email.
Our Marketplace retailer will reach out to you to arrange the return of the goods. You will receive a refund for the item’s cost (including shipping) within 30 days of providing proof to the Marketplace retailer that the items have been returned.
Please note that the seller may deduct an amount from the refund if the item shows signs of use that diminish its value. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and the shipping fee from your original order will also be deducted from your refund if the product is not faulty or damaged, or if the return request is made after 7 days.
Undelivered or lost item.
If the item has been posted but is lost in transit, the seller should provide a refund or re-deliver the same item. Please contact the individual seller to report a lost item.
In the rare event of a shop not delivering the goods you should send us an email (using the contact form) as soon as possible so that we can mediate between you and the shop owner
